Brain and Spine Problems

I am on the following antieplileptics since 5 years now: Levipil 1000mg - twice a day Eslizen 400mg - once a day My last visit to doctor was in 2020 January, and since then I couldn't visit the doctor due to Covid and living in a different city. During all the previous visits, my EEG's have been completely normal. Also my MRI is also absolutely normal. My questions are: Till how long will I have to take these medicines. Are there any harmful side effects of taking these two medicines for a long term? Also, due to side effects of the medicines, the skin of my upper back is covered with heat boils and rashes. Are there any alternative drugs that I can shift to? If so how is the procedure?

Hi doctor, My mom aged 58 she's your patient and undergoing consultation. She is been taking medications as per your prescriptions. Suddenly for the past one week her left hand is dying(மருத்துப்போவது ). Now she has heavy pain in the same hand.

From last 3 days I am suffering from head heaviness and pressure on my eyes with mild dizziness also having neck and back stiffness and pain in right shoulder. Does centrally diffuse disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation  and  compression  bilaterally of L5-S1 and L4-5,L3-4,,L2-3,diffuse bulge and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy causing thecal sac indentation cause urinary and bowel problems ??? Iam facing urinary like unable know bladder fulll and bowel pressure not feeling ... Is this nerve COMPRESION cause any thing like that .. Constant lowervback pain . Feel like penile purning inside .urge to urinate .and unable to feel bladder full and unable to get bowell pressure in rectum Plss kindly help me regarding this . I felt isit pelvic floor syndrome in males becase i had a fall 3 moths back and injury to my tight knee thre iwas diagnised chondromalsia of knee cap ...treatment taken that's no pain in knee...

He met with an accident. C4 and C5 chips factured and now he was under physiotherapy for all 4limbs but till now no sensation. I've attached report please could any one help.

From last one year I'm have sweating on right side of face while eating from last 4 month started left sweating while walking and while  sleeping visited nurology brain MRI done no issues found everything normal sometimes when hold objects I feel itchy on my skin please help me what kind of problem where should I consult

Yesterday I have stuck in traffic for more then 1 hr.After that in office i felt little bit dazzy and headache on my left side of brain.Then passing a day headache increase to extreme level.And with this my whole body was sweating with in AC.After that it started vomitting.After vomit i felt little bit easy.Is it symbol of migraine or any thing else. This is the first time i have gone through this. Yes before seldom i feel headache on left side of my brain.2 to 3 months before Please advise.

Having back and also the left butt pain since 4 days and this right after wearing tight jeans cloth and lifting some weight So not really sure the pain is due to wearing tight clothes and weights or it's coincidence but the pain isn't reducing even after applying heat packs and no other symptoms other than this actually

Iam suffering sugar and bp and up to 6 months every day suffering from leg crapms Suden swetting and diginess heart rate is 60 per minute so neorokind tablets every day eating but no use please tellme sir my problem
