Tb Spine confirmation
Hi Doctor,
My mother was having back ache along with pain in legs from 10 months, we consulted orthopaedic doctor and he told tissue is reduced between discs and suggested us to do some physiotherapy exercises. 10 days back my was not able to walk properly, we consulted neurologist. He asked us to get mri and some blood test and after report came he told my mom was having tb spine and started medication one week back. Can you please check and confirm whether mom was having tb spine. I am attaching the reports and mri film pics.

She probably has tb spine with large epidural collection causing severe nerve compression. She needs an urgent neurosurgical consultation and may need to undergo surgery.
