Advance stage how to come out on medication from kokilaben hospital from last six years no change but condition worsen

I am facing shaking and trembling of my hands (palm) from a long time now it gets so fast when I'm anxious and overthinking and even I'm normal it keep shaking? Why is this happening at the age of 17-18 ?

I'm a working woman. I travel with my husband on two wheeler. I had a problem of neck pain headache and dizziness from last around two years. But it got somewhat reduced when I took a break and wasn't working. i stayed at home. Now I have joined again one week earlier and that problem has again started. I feel lightheaded all day , also there is neck pain. please help

I am diagnosed with vestibular schwannoma of 2cm on my left side of the year. I have moderate sensoneural hearing loss. Can I go for gamma knife or cyber knife or micro surgery. Right now I am have only hearing loss and I don't have any other symptoms. Please suggest Few are saying to go for radiotherapy as it have zero complications and few suggestion is micro surgery. Not sure what to do. I am just 28, wanted to have best treatment which won't affect the quality of my life. Much appreciate your response. Thanks
