Brain and Spine Problems

I have had bad headaches for a very long time. I have a very terrible headache nowadays which worsens if i touch my head. At times my scalp is tender for no reason and touching my hair hurts. I also feel a hard lump on the left side top of my head which is very hard to touch. N it was small earlier now its bigger in size but equally hard. It doesn't hurt to touch it. But my headache on one side is very bad. Suggest.

Is there any problem in the uploaded contrast enhanced  mri especially in the cerebellum zone.  Will The enhanced line in the middle of the cerebellum be a matter of concern?

Please tell what should I do after paralysis his right hand side is not working and Food pipe is fitted, how long will it come out and what will be the treatment, what should be the diet, what should be the medicine?

Having vertigo from last 6 years. Suddenly fainted and fell down 22days back. Completely cardiac checkup done and normal. Neuro specialist said it's due to syncope and happens as age advances . As per advice taking vertigo since 15 days but still feeling as losing balance while walking and heaviness in the head centre.

My father had RTA 3 months back with humerus bone fracture and artery damage. Which was repaired by surgery. But now he is not able to fold his fingers of left hand completely. So he is not getting grip. NCV TEST shows left median and ulnar nerve inexcitable. Please suggest what should be the next treatment.

She was diagnosed with herpes on one side of head 4 months ago, scars are totally gone,but pain is still there,she is taking medicine bt head doesn't get stable,pain is there,.she can't concentrate, sometimes there is swelling also in the face due to medicines I don't knw.......kindly help.,which medicine she should continue and for how long

Feeling light headed all the time and tremors when trying to sleep making my heart racing and waking up for no reason. Hence it takes time to settle before I sleep. It is causing me stomach discomfort and frequent burping and burning sensation. Not diabetic, mri brain, ECG, echo, endoscopy, vitb12, vitD, thyroid all normal. Active and muscular. For the last few days symptoms are more. Feeling terrible inside. Don't know which doctor to see. Please help.

Hello dr. I am 25 year old I am suffering  headache last three days when start my headache just feel  like stress around my ear .. Also my internal feeling like vometing One year ago I'll consult offline a Dr  ( neurologist) He says you have some migran symptoms then He gives me medicine that time feeling well But after some time I am suffering mood swings, without any reason my mood change and sad Seriously i am very very worry for that Also my period is irregular i consult a Dr at practo She syas you should check up for pcod then I checked up She told me medicine and also tell me eat atleast 6 month I followed her instructions but not any good results Plz give me a better suggestion 🙏🙏
