My mother is 5o yrs old. Recently she felt pain in left arm, both leg and back...she couldn't hold anything...can't travel in car...pls suggest what to do...is it serious...or pls prescribe any medicine or any scan or xray

Description you have provided is not adequate.Severe pain in the back legs and arm with weakness could be from spine issues ,nerves or deficiency. Ideally she should be examined clinically by a neurologist in your area,he may ask for investigation including MRI.
