Dont knw this message could be read by you or your officials but i had serius problem. i am 24 years old and suffering from low back pain since 8 months .I take lots of alopathy medications but there is no relief.After x-ray ,scaning shows that there is diffuse bulge discL5-S1 due to this pain in my legs ,thigh,hips also in walking and standind please suggest me something that helps me please please my height is 6 feet and weight 80 and o+ve blood group and also pain on cough and sneez please suggest me smthng best....

In Ayurved Basti treatment which is part of panchkarma therapy is good for such type of problem for that u should consult with ayurvedic physician.
Till that u can take
cap palsinuron 1 cap twice,
Trayodashang guggulu 2 tab twice after food,
Tab erand bhrist harde 2tab hs with warm water
