Brain and Spine Problems

I have been experiencing random muscle twitching all around my body and I see floaters and after images in my vision. I had consulted a neurologist and an ophthalmologist and various tests had been done 1. MRI Brain Normal 2. RNST RNCV Normal 3. Electrolytes and Calcium Normal During Eye exam doctor said I have no problem with my eyes and had given me vitreous pouch and nepaflam for 21 days but I didn't got any better. One example of my vision problems is When I read an article or email and look towards side i see lines following my eyes to the wall and disappear after few seconds

Does photophobia reduce eye sight if left untreated? Which specialist to consult for photophobia and related issues?

Can anyone give me a free consultation.i am not in a situation to afford please help.i need help.plz

Hello Sir/Mam From past 2yrs I'm suffering from one sided headache and alltime heaviness in my head, loss of focus, alertness and i keep forgetting things/thoughts. It fells like my brain is stuck. Please Provide Medication as I can't afford consultantion unfortunately.

Dear concern I've some overthinking headache and sleeping issue with me last 3 years , and due to this a bad impact is arise on my work performance, some time my mind insist me to go to home town and I have a quite fear as well.
