My fingers are shaking
My fingers are shaking slightly since 6 months and and now when I standup my brain starts beating and throat also but it stops after 3 seconds please help me

You may have anxiety which triggers your symptoms.However you should consult with a neurologist to be clinically examined as your symptoms are there for 6 months .
