Hello dr all of sudden I got zigzaglines with color in both eyes it was for 20 min and after that i got sevear headach. This is the 3 rd time i got like this I had taken treatment for 1year for migrain n i was alright since few month now all of sudden I faced same issue why does it cause suddenly n why does I get sevear headach after tat vision is this a serious issue in internet it shows if ite left untreated it can cause brain stroke n heart disease I did head ct scan allso normal . Plz let me should I consult dr again

Hi, my grandmother aged 87 years was feeling a bit drowsy and confused/disoriented since yesterday and upon checking her Electrolytes it was seen that her sodium levels are quite low. She has hypertension and had undergone angioplasty once. Doctor recommended ORS/salt caps to her. But is this treatment preferable or we should get her hospitalised? Reports attached

I get few sharp headaches around my eye and sometimes dull headache on occipital side with no loss of balance just a bit of tightness in posterior part of neck sometimes what can be the cause?

My aunt aged 74 years has suddenly started developing dizziness specially during the morning time but later many times a day. Few times he even fell down also. The dizziness hapens for few secs. Doctor identified it as bppv and gave vertin and spinfree tablet for 10 days (each tablet 3 times a day). After taking medication for 5 days the issue got totally resolved and she continued medication for total 10 days. but a day after stopping the medication the issue again started. Please advise.

Having headache on right side of eye. Symptoms are like cluster headache. It is happening from last 1 week, earlier used to happen on same time in a day. But now it is having in night or in the morning. After having ibuprofen I am getting relief for some time. Please suggest.

My cousin is having constant urge to urinate, she once lifted heavy objected 6 months back and had some back pain but it went away later. Can it be possible that she have had some suprasacral injury which has led to this problem now?

My right eye is widely opened and look horrible and also feel like my body is swelling a little and have pain in right side of the body too.. some times like blood circulation is very high in the right side of the body, my right hand and leg pain a lot. I did the thyroid test and it is normal...
