Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, my wife gave birth to 2 kids , one in 2019 Feb and other in 2022 Feb, both in C section. She stopped feeding our 2nd kid 1 month ago. She is feeling pain in both side ribs and some times she is complaining that she is having numbness one side full. Also she is not getting hungry nowdays and her bowel movement also very poor and irregular like once in 2 days. She is using soft tools regularly. Can you please let me know what is her problem? Which specialist i need to consult? Is it because of two C sections? Kindly help us.

Has every Brain tumor has 3 sections ( coronal, sagittal and axial) ? suppose there is a contrast enhancing mass lesion in axial section then the enhancing mass lesion will definitely remain in sagittal and coronal section in same place as in axial ???

Can resting(for weeks) and not intaking caffeine alone will help? I'm also scopophobic and nearly an insomniac.

Hi, I did blood reports and found low b9, moderate b12 and high homocysteine. PFA the report. Was feeling weak, lethargic, confused and sometimes low feeling. I used to get itching over body too. So I was prescribed with Nurokind OD , folvite 5 mg and Thiamin 100. So can I take these altogether ? Or is nurokind OD and folvite tab enough for my condition? Thanks

Is pituitary tumour is life threatening? Prolactin level is 613 µIU/mL. Having thyroid and uric acid is also high. Having irregular periods from last 1.5 years.

I have irregular menstrual cycle from past 1.5 yrs. My uric acid is 7.8 and TSH value is 6.45 and prolactin is 613 µIU/mL rest reports are normal. Is there any thing to worry?

Dear Doctor, I'm male 30 years, I had epileptic seizure 1st on 2007 and second was (2012). Done MRI brain & EEG both came normal. Doctor prescribed me Valparin 200mg twice daily for life long. In the year 2015 I stopped the tablet. After stop taking tablets and after years I'm facing some symptoms. Please let me know whether it's withdrawal symptoms or do I have to continue taking tablet. Current facing SYMPTOMPS:- Anxiety Depression Racing thoughts Kind of OCD weak muscles and nerve Stiff back (cervical spondylosis) Fatigue Negative thoughts Vision problem ( negative image / starburst / phosphense / more eye floaters / migraine aura with no headache/ sometimes pain behind eye ball) Please Advise me. Having recovered fully and discharged from Hospital after a stroke event in last week, Can I use Electronic devices and use headphones or earphones to listen to music or watch movies ?
