Severe anxiety restless

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I am 36F and have been taking inderal 30mg for my tremors and anxiety for over 2 years now. Last night I felt severe anxiety and mild cheat pain on the left side. I woke up today with the same level of anxiety. I have not missed taking inderal. I checked my BP it is normal what could the reason be??? I feel I can't breathe properly

This may be related to increase in your anxiety level. Consult a neurologist for reevaluation and and to readjust the medications. Do pranayama and with few lifestyle modifications, you should get better.
