Lightheadedness
I am facing lightheadedness while walking and moving my head from an year now this is constant and never reduced.I get pain near temple of my head and sometimes cheekbone as well. I have visited ENT and ruled out any ENT issue . My vital are normal and my sugar and thyroid is under normal with medication. Attached is my MRI report. What could be the possible reason? Please help with next course of action.
