Feels like i am moving..
I sometimes feel like my head is moving , my body is in motion while lying down. What is this? I feel out of balance sometimes while walking.

Your symptoms are suggestive of vertigo. I would advise you to meet a neurologist so that you can be examined and undergo investigations to find the underlying problem and have it corrected accordingly. You will require a beta histine to control the situation.
