I have been suffering from poor short term memory and concentration...i forget whatever i read a day before...very frustating...i have been taking rejunex cd3 since 4 month no improvement is there...my thyroid is normal as well...why it is happening???my exam is very near but memory is very poor...plz reply sir/mam

My father suffered a lacunar infraction in 2022 prior to that he had a ICH in 2014 he was treated for that and eventually recovered from that. Post infraction he has a pelvic drop which is causing difficulty while walking. He can barely walk 200 meters straight after that his body above the waist from the right sight tends to drop downwards. Now he is on Ecosprin gold10 and macsart h. He has been doing excercises and physiotherapy but not much improvement is seen. Looking for suggestions for the further treatment.

I m on medicines pacidep-12.5 mg half and oleanz-2.5 mg half...and I m having twitches...from week after I started medicines...is it normal?

Hi, I am having scalp headache with body burning sensation like internal fever and also having frequent urination sometimes for last 4 months. Feeling gare and sometimes with blurred vision. Feeling pressure on top of scalp. For example, for 1 litre intake, 2.2 litre will be the outflow. Kindly give your opinion on this issue and to proceed further.  Note: I am having stomach burning sensation but not ulcer and done endoscopy.  Taking ddr30 tablet in the morning empty stomach. बच्चा जन्म के बाद रोया नहीं और नेक्स्ट 7-8 घंटे बाद से 5 दिन तक nicu में होश नहीं आया। सर का आकार एकदम गोल नहीं है और शायद गंदा पानी भी पी गया था। अभी 10 माह का है और ढंग से बैठ नही पाता,  देखने में संतुलन नहीं बना पाता है और लेफ्ट साइड ज्यादा देखता है, राइट साइड गर्दन कम घुमाता है। MRI रिपोर्ट के अनुसार क्या समस्या है, बताने का कष्ट करें? क्या इसके दिमाग में नस की कोई प्राब्लम है? क्या मेरा बच्चा CP child hai?

Patient age 85 stroke on 20 jan unconscious from past 5 days. Uric acid high and haemoglobin low. Sugar 148 .     BP -84/113. What test need to be done?
