Brain and Spine Problems

Pulling my eye brows and between eyes when i reading and I use my phone and laptop.. vision getting blur sometimes and normalised in second. Can't rotate my eyes suddenly. Even dim lighting i can't seeing. Highly eyes are paining when i focusing moving objects. Eye get straining. I checked up with doctor. There is no eye problem. All tested done. They cleared no issues. Given eyedrops for eye dryness. Can I use specs for this issue. Is there any major issue Which specialists will take this type of problems.

Whenever I bend forward a streching sansation occurs in spinal are and when i return to normal posture it become normal. I went through MRI scan and took some physiotherapy session but no relief. What should i do? Kindly help This problem is with me from last 40 days. Mri scan is hereby attached

Hi, i am getting panic attacks and anxiety in night, feeling a little pain in my left hand and the bp suddenly getting increased. My ECG and brain ct are normal. What could be the reason and how to overcome this? Attached ECG and CT reports.

I am Female 22 yr old, I have migrane since 2018, doctor did CT-scan, so I was eating whenever attack comes tablet name Exceeding and sumatriptan-naproxen. In 2019 only single attack came but in 2022 migrane attack came due to emotional thing, and i lost my vision for sometime with rapid breathing and then after taking medicine and relaxing it was good but I had fever and loose motions. But now 29 Nov, I was standing outside there was little cold my breathing starts increasing and suddenly I feel like vomiting and vomit occurs and dizziness and i feel and then, after 5 min of taking medicine i feel relax. Then again on 1st December I took cold water bath and afternoon I was  emotional then again dizziness occurs and i feel. Took excedrin. Is this migrane or something else? I donot have any pain in chest or heart. Normal oxygen level 99. BP after 6 hours of meal is 129/85. during covid Spo2 was 67 but with in 2-3 days I was  normal without oxygen. please tell me what is it?

I was feeling a sleep disorder from past 7months . I try to sleep early by 10pm though I unable to sleep . I do skip day sleep. And also feel tired at day time. This is the first time I'm consulting by this problem. I was thinking to use melatonin. What should I do please solve my issue

Namasthey My mother 70years,have severe left hand rigidty, stiffness from last 6 years She was admitted with covid pneumonia now we are taking physiotherapy sessions but the left hand pain was not bearable for her.she is clenching her jaw and her whole body becoming very tight and rigid. She isn't able to walk ,open mouth or talk also she is  continuously moaning. We are not using any pain killer or muscle relaxation medicines. Can anyone suggest muscle relaxation medicine for her muscle tension. One thing I noticed is when she is in deep sleep her left hand is very loose,I can move easily but when she is awake it very tight, restricted.

Yesterday evening while walking in watery surface got slipped and left side of my head(near to temple) hit hard on ground... post that area got swelled heavy headache, pressure + left eye was blurry for around 30 mins..went to local physician and he suggested for ct scan for safer side.. immediately took CT scan it was normal, however still the head pressure, swelling continues today morning as well..any further checks need to be done
