Brain and Spine Problems

Respected doctor, i have been taking gabapentin for neuropathy however i also suffer from allergic rhinitis at times so i usually take levocetrizine for that. Can I safely take levocetrizine alongside gabapentin in 5-6 hrs difference??

I am having pain in my right side of the head and diagnosed with hypoglossal schwannoma in 12th cranial nerve is it very dangerous?

My wife is having headache especially at the back of head and right side of the head above the ear since last three days followed by significant bleeding from nose.

My mother had head injury 2years ago .due to swelling in brain cranioctomy surgery is done.after one year cranioplasty also done.now doctor says Porocenphalic cyst shown in brain MRI. Doctor says new surgery is needed to qure thes. Is any other treatments to qure cyst other than surgery?

Got an electric shock on the chest from an electric bat used for killing mosquitoes . The contact with electricity was for few seconds and at the point of impact the skin became black . Would it have caused some nerve damage in my brain as I was feeling like not being able to think thoroughly after this contact?

I am a student and from childhood I have problem of understanding what others says. Not only related to studies but day today life also. Now the situation is becoming worse. I am recording audio what other says and then listen many times and then I get. Can't work with anyone. Extremely difficult situation. Difficult to comprehend others talk and order. Face difficulties in all subjects. Not a single field I am able to work anymore. Kindly advise if there are neurological test available or atleast give a hint is this really a problem. My father's age is 82. He is suffering from Parkinson's disease. Doctor given syndopa 110 in 1/2-1/2-1/2 dose. But he can't seat or stand. Dose is appropriate?

Iam having head and full body tremor when I'm angry and excited and also while talking to others(mainly strangers) during interview, gatherings. I consulted doctors for this first doc gave me paroxetine cr 12.5 and betacap 20 stopped after 3 days because paroxetine makes me high ,also suffered from insomnia,never took propranolol because I have read of its side effects next they gave me Escitalopram 5 MG bd and propranolol 20 bd this time took both after taking propranolol i felt weakness in my whole body so I took only once but after withdrawing from propranolol tremors got severe . I think everyone will notice my head tremor so please guide me what to do1.is it essential tremor 2.is it side effects or withdrawal effects of these medicine 3.is it curable?? 4.is it neurology problem or psychiatric problem when I'm in my personal space the tremors dissappears but when in front of people tremors starts I can't even go for haircut 5.whom to consult for this neurologist or psychiatrist??
