I have neck muscle spasm What is this? Please explain And because of this my neck is straight now ( written in report) Will neck muscle spasm be cured by doing exercise and maintaining right posture

How long you are getting it? Do you have any pain in limbs? Or weakness? Usually spasms are intermittent Exercise can help but MRI is must to see
