Brain and Spine Problems

My father was  having pain and burning sensation in his soles so we took him to neurologist 7-8 months back and he suggested us to go through some test like MRI, some blood test including test for thyroid and a nerve conduction study test and after the test we were told that my father has a thyroid problem and these were the prescribed medicines (1.Gabapin NT 200,2- Benalgis 100mg,3-Eltroxin 25MCG, 4. ME 12 OD) , so he took these medicines for few months and he was recovering and was not having pain and burning soles so he stop taking the medicine but after few months he was  having the same problem we  again consulted the same doctor and he prescribed to take gabapin nt 400 instead of gabapin nt 200 and all the medicine prescribed earlier were same but it's been 2 months we have consulted the doctor 2-3 times but pain and burning in soles is still there and it gets triggered at night so he is not able to sleep also when he walks and use ice  he get relief for sometime.

Hello , From recent one month i am having Random cold spots on my body like the spot is cold suddenly and goes away in 5 mins . also these points are mainly eyebrows hands legs thighs . sometimes my whole body got this burning sensation allover also when sometimes i walk i feel cold pins and needles sensation on stomach and legs . i do not know what i am going through but its creating a lot of anxiety for me which is making me mad. Also i am suffering from Cervical Radiculopathy . and weak bones

My brother is 13 years old he is having uncontrollable body movement especially in neck and hand from last 18 days his eyes are closed he is not eating and drinking anything if he takes something in mouth he keeps it for 3 - 4 hr and then swallow it he does not talk To whom we should consult psychiatrist or neurologist?? Please reply 🙏

Hi My grandma suffered a high bp stroke on 27th feb, currently she is hospitalized and under the observation of a neuro surgeon, as per ct scan, Doctor informed that there is a blood clot on the left side of her brain and with medication it will reduce,. But here my question is , it's been more than 3 days but still now she cant speak, she doesn't recognize any of us, neither can be fed normally, she doesn't understand what we say. Request to everyone please help me with the genuine answer? 1.what are the chances of her getting back to normal? 2.how long will it take for her to recognize us ?
