  4. Iih and Sarcoidosis. Infundibulum mean?

Iih and Sarcoidosis
Hello, I am a patient of multisystem sarcoidosis and Iih and currently on wysolone, methotrexate and also on infliximab injection. I have constant joint pain, giddiness and headaches so got a Mri done. Please let me know what's the meaning of the findings. What does the displacement of pituitary infundibulum mean? I have attached the report for your reference. Thank you.
