Idiopathic intracranial hypertension
I was diagnosed with iih with a opening pressure of 450mm and also i am a patient of sarcoidosis from 2 years. I took eye check up but it came normal and mri showed empty sella. So currently i am on diamox 1250mg and topaz 50mg but still i feel heaviness in head and pain in ears and head. So i took mri and below are the findings, please suggest should i go for shunt ?                                                   Bilateral optic nerve sheaths are distended. The optic nerves are tortuous in course in the intraorbital segment of the optic nerves. No abnormal enhancement seen. Focal flattening of the posterior aspect of the globes is noted at the site of optic nerve head insertion
