I have been diagnosed with IIH 2 years back, for which I was prescribed steroid, LP, and diamox and it resolved in 3 months
But it recurred last year in November again when I started seeing curved lines (metamorphosia).
Since November I am on diamox , till when do I have to continue taking it?
It's been 1 year now
And I still think pailledema comes exists because 2,3 weeks I am again seeing curved lines.
There's no headache, vomiting or blurring of vision.
I am trying to lose weight but since my last nov steroid treatment I gained 10 kgs which is becoming difficult to manage.
I am preparing for neet pg, I can't take topiramate or other weight loss drugs.
Should I take sglt2 inhibitors?
So in short 2 questions when will I get rid of this pailledema and diamox it's been mild but for 1 year now, and should I take sglt2 inhibitors for weight loss?
