Brain and Spine Problems

Respected doctors, My sister is suffering from twitching pain in the facial area since last year and it has increased tremendously since last 1 month after she delivered a baby via c section. We have done MRI brain with CISs Sequence and below are the findings. Please help clarify if we need to worry or not. FINDINGS  Few punctate discrete foci of FLAIR hyperintensities seen in the bilateral frontal subcortical white matter region (non-specific changes).  No significant abnormality is seen in the brain.

Whenever I stress one-side pupil of eye is dilated.it looks bigger than other.after rest it goes back to normal.i have anxiety disorder.i am lactating mother.does it indicate brain damage.

I can't walk or stand without support.My right knee buckle when I put pressure on it.I can't put my right heel on floor while walking.I also have pain in my left knee due to meniscus tear.I am doing physiotherapy from last one year but no improvement is there.I also have disc bulge.Please tell me what to do?

The 1st MRI was done as the circumference of her head was slightly above norm for an Indian Child.( she is half Indian n half French) with no other concerns. Just checking if a follow up MRI is required at this stage

My daughter was detected with Arachnoid cyst as a child at the age of 1years, I would like to reconsult to know if another MRI is needed for her, or any further investigation required. She is a normal child and not showing any signs of any brain abnormality

Findings of CT Scan 1) Evidence of generalized cerebral atrophy in the form of dilatation of ventricular systems and prominence of cisternal and sulcal spaces. 2) Visualized parts of orbit & paranasal sinuses appear normal except bilateral maxillary and ethmoidal sinusitis. My father, 66 years old, recently had a situation of dizziness and almost faint followed by vomiting half an hour later. Instantly he was feeling like indigestion, blood sugar was normal and bp 110/70 and he got stable in hours.  He was suggested nc ct scan of brain the findings of which are mentioned above. I have attached the report too. He is a patient of hypertension, diabetes, ckd. His cbc, echo, ecg, thyroid, usg are all normal. He has no physical or cognitional symptoms. His 24 hours holter was done in 2021 and was normal. His recent ecg is normal too.   I'm scared of his ct scan findings. Please guide and grace me.
