68 year old male- Currently undergoing Immunotherapy ( Pembrolizumab 200 mg inj.on 3 weekly basis ) after Radiation and Medical therapies.
Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma
S/P Excision of Left Frontal Metastasis on October 2019.
Last PET Scan 3 months back showed stable disease in bones and nodes.
Patient is stable and active, but since last 3 days having Slurness in speech and difficulty to recall things.
Impression of a CT scan taken today is attached.

You should get an mri brain contrast to look for new lesions and to differentiate with radiation necrosis. Consult your neurosurgeon. A low dose of steroids might benefit him and improve his speech. He should do well.
