Brain and Spine Problems

I was suffering from jaw and neck stiffness for 5 years until 2020 then I got the right doctor and he gave me tizan-2 and prothiden- m and I used it for 1.5 yrs ,now neck stiffness is cured completely and jaw stiffness is also very much better(70%) but the problem is,  jaw stiffness is still not cured completely. It occurs when I study for longer hours of time for consecutive days and I have to take tizan- 2 again for that day.What should I do so that my jaw stiffness is cured completely and is it safe to use tizan-2 for that long?

In 2018, I started getting headache when i   tie my hair normally/sometimes tightly or put a pony. When I loose my hair, the headache will disapper and this was confined to only top region of my head. A neurologist diagnosed it as tension type headache and prescribed Amitriptyline for 2 months. I used it for 2 months, but not completely resolved. When I went to same doctor he asked me to continue for 1 more month. I used it for some days then tapered it and stopped. But headache was not resolved completely but it was reduced. 1 year back i started getting the headache even with slighest of pressure to my hair all over my head. I took amitriptyline consulting another doctor and used it for some days and no result. I couldnt sleep. I stopped taking medicine and later it got subsided on its own. Now again i have this headache on and off. Headache will go when i loose my hair but can't do this everytime. When i get diverted i dont feel headache. Any suggestion?

My mother 81 years just got discharged from hospital. Three days in neuro icu. Then seven days in general ward. She has been prescribed some medicines. Medicine and prescription enclosed. Today she has a loose motion after glycerine as mentioned in discharge slip. She was sleeping also since morning. But after ors and glycerine she has three loose motion. Can some one elaborate why. Discharge slip enclosed. Is sleep due to low sodium. Also why is glycerol given. What to do about sleep. Is it due to sodium nacl 0.9 were regularly given to her in hospital

Hello, I am male, 33. On 6th Dec, I suddenly felt dizziness while coming in bike as pillion. I observe my BP raised to 160/110. Went to hospital. Sugar has been tested and found 135. I asked for ECG as my father had mitral valve disease. ECG came normal. I felt the same for the second time on 11th Dec. Today I have gone through CT also and it came as normal. Attached both ECG and CT reports. What is the problem for me? What is the next step I have to do to identify the reason and cure this dizziness and sudden raise in bp ? Please help here

CT scan Report 🔵Loss of normal lumbar lordosis-Muscle spasm. 🔵Diffuse sclerosis noted involving the pelvic bones. Suggested clinical correlation and further evaluation as per indication.

Hi , i had mild neck pain but after having hair wash at a salon it got little severe but tolerable though, meanwhile came across one article about beauty parlour stroke syndrome where one lady suffered stroke after hairwash..after reading this my anxiety peeked now besides neck pain i have lightheadedness ,mild headache near temples,weakness in both arms n legs...i am more scared now..is this really common ? i am 30 years old breastfeeding mother of a 3 yr old...i have cold too so all this symptoms are due to cold , anxiety or really something serious?? Plz advice on this.

My eyes brows are eye are pulling sensation. Sensibility to lighting.. eyes got pain when suddenly rotates.. sometimes blur in vision. Red eye and watering eye. I checked with eye doctor. But no sight. They said eye are straining. I facing this problem since 4years. Paining middle of eyebrow while seeing and reading. I give pressure on eye brows for reliefness. I have vomiting sensation when this pain is high. The opthalmologist cleared no issue in my eyes. They given eye drops for eye straining and dryness What's is my next step.

My mother cranioplasty surgery is done after surgery for 3month there is no problem in hand . Hand working is good. But now her right hand is paralyzed.so doctor done MRI scan off brain. Is hand paralyzed is due to brain or there is problem in hand. Ncv test off hand is also done and report of ncv test is nagative.is MRI scan off hand is necessary to dtect in hand. After mri scan of brain doctor says there is problem in surgery area.is any problem in brain MRI
