My friend has been diagnosed with
B12 deficiency (137 ug/ml)
Currently facing issues with concentration and memory.
How much time does it take to recover. He has been taking methycobalamin 1500 mg (Hosit-1 tablet) and Vitamin D3 tablet (3600 units, once per week)? Is there any need to change medicine for quicker recovery?
What tests should he take apart from B12 and
Vitamin D?
Also he is experiencing indigestion (flatulence) after eating certain foods. Is it related to B12 deficiency and is there a solution for that?
