Concern over b12 defeciency symptoms.
I have been diagnosed with b12 and d3 vitamin defeciency 2 weeks back. I have been taking nuerobian everyday for 2 weeks now. I have also consulted a neurologist and have done a NCV test and the results are normal. BP, sugar levels are normal. I have constant numbness in the arms and legs, with slight tingles. Also overall body weakness and brain fog. I sometimes have random short breathedness as well. The numbness also varies with its intensity. Also there has been an increase in gas/acidity. However I do not feel any pain in any of my limbs. No headaches and no back pain as well. Can someone please tell me if these symptoms line up with b12 defeciency? Are further tests necessary? How long does it take for the symptoms to fully go away? Some steps that can be taken to fasten the healing process?
