  4. Pain on scalp neck. Suggest something!

Pain on scalp neck
Whenever i move my hair i feel relieved from pain on my scalp and whenever i touch m neck front, below chin there also i find pain and when i pull the skin there i feel relieved. Also most of the time i have immense pain at the back of neck, head on upper part between shoulders. Kindly suggest something
