  4. Vomiting neck pain. Or blood clot?

Hello doc, one day I vomited like anything. Due to uncontrolled vomiting some came from nose also on that time when am going to vomit I experienced current shock in my neck and gone away. And next day am experienced fever neck pain and gone away. Will such sudden vomiting cause any serious complication in head ??? Like aneurysm or blood clot ??

Vomiting may not cause all that but sometimes vomiting and headache can be secondary to any brain infection . Please consult nearby physician immediately.
