Vomiting after head injury
My aunt fell from stairs and got a severe cut on the of size 2-3 inch from forehead and behind the front hairline in right side and fracture in her right hand wrist. There are no surgeon in my city but was suggested by the compounders to take a serious action if she feels nauseous, pukish or dizziness. And in night at 2am, she vomited and is having pain in left side of the face, ear and even side back of face also. Please suggest me what to do?

Get a CT scan of Brain done and consult a Neurosurgeon as early as possible.
In the meantime you can give her Tab. Emeset 4 mg, if she is not allergic to it.
