Need opinion on the below report attached , my cousin bro son fell from height while playing and got injuries to head , please review and provide your feedback

When I place my palm on table and lift my one finger they shake and also when I grab my phone some time my finger shake a little to moderate, and when I am tensed while playing game they shake vigorously ,I am bit worried because my father had parkinson

My hands are shaking since 6 months they do not shake when I keep my hand straight in air .But some time when I hold phone or hold some thing  heavy they shake little to moderate but some time they don't shake and when I was playing game ,It was tensed and suddenly my hands started shaking vigorously but it stop after 10 sec. And some time they don't shake I don't know what is happening and also I feel pressure in my head and beating sensation in my neck when I stand up

My lower back x ray showing strengthening or lordosis, i am feeling severe low back pain and buttock pain , can lordosis can cause pain

I'm suffering with Headache & Vomiting from 7days...feeling too much pain in left hand &Leg...back pain also. Can I worry about it
