Regards Report of MRI Cervical Spine

Hello Doctor, My uncle suffered Tingling and go blank sensation both leg and hand from past one month. We did MRI scanning , report says below points 1) Straightening of cervical spine is noted - due to muscle spasm. 2) Ventral Ridging of the sac is seen extending from C3-4 to C6-7 level due to posterior protruding disc. 3) All intervertebral disc space are desiccated to variable extents 4)C5-6 and C6-7 level - moderate to severe dehydrated change with reduced disc height. 5) Posterior disc bulge with posterocentral disc protrusion along with disc osteophytes complex causing compression of anterior thecal sac with moderate narrowing bilateral neural foramina resulting compression over bilateral exiting nerve roots with secondary cervical canal stenosis and compressive myelopathy changes.

The X-ray is normal and I have also done complete bed rest for 15 days but there is no improvement. I also have swelling in my right groin area, hip and thigh. Constant mental and physical exhaustion

I feel super exhausted. I don't feel like studying even though I enjoyed it a lot in the past. I kind of hate it now. I feel so tired after my classes that I only watch you tube videos and the next morning I feel guilty of not studying for software engineering. I can't also take break from my phone because of the nature of my studies. My major is electronics engineering and minor is computer science engineering. I feel exhausted and I just hate everything about college now. I don't feel like studying at all. I feel overwhelmed with all the assignments and placements that we will be having and I need to something completely different just in order to get a job. And the subject that is taught to us is completely different. I feel disheartened and doubtful if I will be able to do it well.

MRI report consultation

Had gone to a dentist for dental filling of my 1st molar on the right side. The cavity was deep but there was no need of root canal. However there was persistent pain below my 1st molar tooth post filling after which i underwent root canals twice as the 1st root canal was not done correctly. However there was persistent pain even after successfull root canal after which the dentist recommended me to visit a neurologist to diagnose if I have trigmenial neuralgia. Hereby attaching my mri reports. Can anyone please explain me as to what has happened and what should be the treatment for it and was this the mistake of my dentist?
