Hello doc.!
Suffering depression from 7 years.. Genetic as mother is also in depression from many years. Had phycotic symtoms 2 times. Lost touch of reality.. Eating disorder as I dnt eat much. Sleeping disorder as I wake up with scary dreams. And vry fast heart palpitations. Obsessive disorder as i think of 1 or 2situation happens with me all the time in a day. Difficulties in day to day routine and social life. Dnt go out much..have withdrawn myself from real life..and busy in some other world created by myself as it is better then reality..Crying at any point.. Upper body chronic pain due to vry frequent heart palpitation. HELP
