Brain and Spine Problems

I have pain in spine if I sit fir a few hours. Also headache, starting with pain near back of skull(where spine connects lower end of skull). Also I have tremendous weakness feeling all the time. After afternoon lunch, I feel drowsy a lot between 2:30 to 5pm. My reports are as follows. Hb1ac = 6, a gentle glucose = 125 (random), ALT/SGPT = 55, cholesterol total = 211, ldl direct 151, non hdl = 166, Vitamins B12 = 120, Vitamin D = 10.20

I am seeing white ⚪shinny flash moving in the side of my eyes...my retina is fine...i m seeing these flashes in both eyes throughout day.....is this the sign of brain damage or anything like oxygen deprivation.?..

My father is suffering from whole leg pain and can't even put foot on surface and it started with back pain. Shall I consult neurologist or orthopedic for the same? Any recommendations in Kolkata?

Hello doctor/s, I'm Robin Jain from Jabalpur (M.P.). Recently my brother started to have pain in his shoulder area, followed by ears (felt like water inside ear) and then pain in center of skull (which subsided - not there anymore now). I want to know if I will need to increase the dosage later on because I have heard that the effectiveness of the dosage decreases over time. Is this true? I was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis with headaches and pain sometimes in left side of head and sometimes right side of head. Doctor told me to go for brain angio with cervical spine which was done on March 2021 Attaching my reports of brain angio & cervical spine which was done 2 years ago Brain observation shows Few tiny discrete foci of T2 & FLAIR hyperintensities are noted in right frontal, subcortical and deep white matter, not showing restricted diffusion or blooming suggestive of UBOs and are of questionable significance. Also having chest pain Is it due to c2 to c7 diffusion Is it anything serious Please help me out
