I feel scare that some thing is happen to me my heart beat increase suddenly and I don't know how to handle it

I am feeling occasional discomfort in head to be very precise feeling of expansion & contraction in the left side of head. There is no pain of any kind in the head. I have frequent exposure to computer screen & smartphone due to work. I have no problem with eye sight as per recent consultation with ophthalmologist. Can gases cause this issue?
