Brain and Spine Problems

My right side body from head,, eyes feel tight, jaw tight,throat , right side neck , for swallowing food it feel very tight in neck hard for me , and right side shoulders tight ,from chest to  leg right side tightness, i cant stand for too long nor i can walk for long time ,but there is no pain in body .I dont know the reason pls. Sir can u help me in telling whats the problem ,it has been 1.5 yrs now , i am very sad i dont know whats the problem

My mother, who is 68 years old, has been taking gabapin 300 (1-0-1) for the past 20 days in order to treat ataxia brought on by peripheral neuropathy as a result of for the first time elevated FBS & PPBS as her vitamin b12, MRI brain and spine, all blood, thyroid, kidney, and infection reports were all normal, but FBS & PPBS came out to be slightly higher in that report.  She has begun using sugar medications in addition to gabapin to regulate and control her blood sugar. Additionally, her blood pressure is normal, and a recent blood sugar check indicates normal FBS & ppbs due to the 20 days of sugar therapy. The only concern is still a minor balance issue while walking on uneven surfaces, difficulty ascending or descending stairs without help, and difficulty when walking for longer. So, can gabapin 300 (1-0-1) help her walk normally again? likewise any side effects of gabapin 300 (1-0-1)? She would require any physiotherapy necessary to go back to walking properly and pain free?

I feel pain in my one side head sometimes back of my head and sometimes pressure like feeling near left eye but when I keep my head on pillow I feel good ...

Frequent headaches neck to forehead, pulse rate increases, feels uneasiness, nervousness, no energy, sleeping problem, and trembling.

Hello doctor .. I'm suffering shaking and trembling of both hands " mostly in right hand" and shaking of voice also when I am nervous ,or in fear or more excited, I experienced the disorder from the age of 20 .

I've body ache specially in my legs and shoulders which is so bad I can't sleep because I've anxiety too and now days I develop sleep jerk I'm so confused whom to concern please suggest

Hello sir day before yesterday night got a dream like my head spining and when I got up I feel same ...I'm very much anixous and panic that time ..from that day symptoms present I'm dizzy lighthearted and feeling my body imbalance too much and felt like it's not in my control...even when I close my eyes I feel odd and spining session until I don't sleep...im diabetic type 2

Hi doctor, i am suffering when sleep Wake up Hands and fingers tindling and pains and weakness from last one year, i am taking tablets GABAPENTIN 400 MG Daily once  before sleeping time at night from last 5 months only decrease 5 to 10% of my problem, And allso suffering with  Headache back side of head , Back pain Legs leg fingers pain , Right leg knee pain. Actually my mri shows , Mild disc bulge at c3 c4 level casing mild inipigment on bilaterial nueral forminia, Mild disc bulge at c5 c6 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation Disc bulge at L4 L5 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation. Previously i am suffered prostatitis, i am taken long 18 - 24 months treatment by Androlist, doctor prescribed Antibiotics long long courses monthly taken multi types of Antibiotics and Shake wave therapys then it will cured.

Hi doc My father had accident fall history 2months back. But memory issues are there. We had mri brain done today. Attached is the report. Could you please tell what is the mri report saying and is he gets better with medicines. Or he will be able to live life independently And whom to consult for this psychiatrist or neurologist.
