मैं अतुल गुप्ता आगरा से। मुझे एंजाइटी लास्ट २.५ years se है। मुझे डर मेजर बीमारी से लगता है, but Abhi कोई भी सेन्सेशन बॉडी आता है, उस बीमारी से संबंथी ओवरथैंक स्टार्ट होती। आज कल मेरे माइंड dull होजना, eyes मैं भी हीवनेस रहना। गुस्सा और एरिटेशन होता है। बॉडी की ब्लड से समदिथ रिपोर्ट्स नॉर्मल है। Ie Liped,kft,CBC, एलएफटी sugar, chest xray, ultrasound,ct chest, etc। मैं २ yrears होम्योपैथी मेडिसिन ले रहा हु। मुझे ४०% ठीक हुआ हूं। मैं रेगुलर वॉक,एक्सरसाइज, योग भी करता हु। डाइट भी aachi hai, oil ,चिली फास्ट fod avoid karta hu।kya muje न्यूरोलॉजिस se consult karna chiye। मूड जब अच्छा रहे होता है,तो कोई भी संसेशन पर ध्यान नहीं जाता है।
