Brain and Spine Problems

Dear sir,  In sleep study found a  unexpected arousal associated with sleep (NREM parasomnia). I used clonozepam 0.25mg for  2 months but I didn't feel anything better. After wake up feeling sleepy,restless Sleep, tiredness, low energy. In Sleeping my legs are frequently moving from last10 years. My blood test, vitamin D, B12, sugar test,  thyroid test, MRI, EEG are normal. I I already visited all doctors but  no use . Due to this I am unable concentrate on my work and unable focus and efficiency also decrease. Kindly suggest permanent solution

Hi, I am suffering from leg pain. My whole left leg hurts badly, when walking, standing for long. This caused me after I joined the gym for weight loss. And when I consulted a neurologist, he asked me to take an MRI. Then I found some nerve problems in my neck n leg. I would like to know more about it. How to treat it permanently. Can I go to the gym for weight loss? If I reduce my weight will this problem be solved? My report : Levels C2-C3 0.91 C3-C4 0.96 Screening of the dorsal spine: No significant abnormality noted. Screening of lumbar spine: Transitional L5 vertebra (Sacralization). No significant abnormality noted in the lumbar spine. Impression: Straightening of the cervical spine with loss of lordosis. Focal syrinx of cervical cord at C6 level. Mild Posterocentral Disc protrusion at C5-C6 level causing indentation over ventral thecal sac.

Last night while I was in sleep, suddenly a bomb like blast happened in my head but after waking up nothing was there , it was like bomb blat and thunder light , can I know the reason and happened firstly last night

Symtoms 1. spirals/loops feeling in mind(not always but mostly trigerred by sound) with uncontrollable movement of hands and legs. 2. fall feeling when walking 3. feeling of loosing control of 2 wheeler while driving. also feeling confused while driving 4. sudden flying feeling in train/bus earlier i feel this way once in while but now it started happening daily. now i dont feel safe while driving 2 wheeler. i also started to stay in my house mostly. i dont know what this problem is but it is getting hard for me to go outside Please guide me properly how can i diognos this problem. is this a serious mental illness?

So a spot on my left front side of the tongue started twitching. I get tremors in arms or hands sometimes but they always go away in a few seconds. This has been there for almost an hour now. What should i do?

68 year old male- Currently undergoing Immunotherapy ( Pembrolizumab 200 mg inj.on 3 weekly basis ) after Radiation and Medical therapies. Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma S/P Excision of Left Frontal Metastasis on October 2019. Last PET Scan 3 months back showed stable disease in bones and nodes. Patient is stable and active,  but since last 3 days having Slurness in speech and difficulty to recall things. Impression of a CT scan taken today is attached. Seeking your valuable suggestions.

Hello .. my neurologist has prescribed me nuhenz d tablet for 2 weeks. What is it for and can we consume paracetamol or dolo along with it in case if we have any pain

Truly speaking I have some issue with anxiety and suffering from panic disorder. I am continuously in touch with Psychologist. The anxiety problem has been resolved a lot. However most of the time i am fearing of having stroke. I have done plain CT scan of brain 2 3 months back and the report was normal. Can I have stroke suddenly. My age is 33. And under medication of Pivasta 2 and thyrox 75 as I had dyslipidemia. Under these medication the ranges are normal most of the time. Even after that I am fearing for the same. I donot smoke or have any kind of addiction. In my family there is no story of heart attack or stroke. Even after that can I have it?

I am having a very mild tingling sensation in my left hand ring finger tip from yesterday night. I can only feel the sensation if I touch it. What could be the reason and what could be the next steps? Please help..

My father aged 60 met with accident 3 months back till that time in ct scan there was contusion and he has some memory issues. But recently we had his mri brain done for which report is attached. Now he has some memory issues and also behavior issues. From past two days he is asking to go to his old home which he sell 7 year ago. He is saying that his wife and two kids are waiting there and he becomes aggressive and agitated if we stop him to go.. We are very much confused how to handle this situation. He did not listens to anyone and only saying his things only.. Neither he becomes distracted with anything... Please help what we can do.. Everyone is saying it will take time for him to recover.. We are very worried. Right now he is on amantex 100mg, donep m medicine, qutan25 mg. Also he is diabetic and bp patient taking medicines for that as well. Please someone help how to handle this situation or will he get better with time
