Pain from right side of neck to head
On Friday 30th July I was very much stressed at work and frustrated as well. While coming back home while moving head on right side I felt sudden pain. And then that pain started in right side of neck to ear. Now it is in the entire right side of head also and I can find swelling as well like one nerve from neck going through ear to head is causing pain. I can feeling swelling at neck and at some points near neck and on head as well. When I touch that time also I feel pain. Please suggest

Is there any giddiness, hearing disturbance, ringing sensation in ear, imbalance while walking, difficulty in movement of neck, pain on movement of neck, vomiting. Also the swellings need to be examined.
