  4. Head spinning. What could be the reason?

Greetings! Just since yesterday, I feel like my head is spinning and feels like I'll fall when I'm walking. It feels the same when I'm walking, sitting, or sleeping. My eyes feel strained, and my body feels weak. What could be the reason? Please advise.

Could be vertigo. We have to evaluate the reason. Please consult a neurologist/ENT specialist
