Bppv or cervical
2 months ago, I was diagnosed with bppv without ear problems. And the doctor asked for a blood test in which my blood level is 9 but vit d is way too low and my b12 level was moderate so I was asked for an injection, I did that. Now the problem is I worked on mobile from 9 to 5 and then I have to study. My neck is hurting, my glasses with power -3, spining sensation, back forth, I can't look down... A few positions trigger my mind and I get a spinning sensation. I am doing vestibular exercises regularly.. Can you please tell me what med I should take or exercise or is it cervical or bppv or both. I am too young and this is irritating me a lot and it gives me anxiety...
