My son have issue in moving his feet in upward (inside direction) downward directions hv no issues in both feet. He had ankle injury in leftfoot and knee injury in right knee after felling twice. He feels his last 3 fingers in right toe are held somewhere . Recently he walked 200 kms in 30 days in London and had no issues except that his feet are unable to move in upward direction. And has pain in right toe and in calf . He has been on Work from home since march 2020 . Whats the issue can and whom shud we approach. Can physiotherapist help him to recover fully
