Head- ache
I had headache starting last friday night. It started on from a neck pain moving upward. My neck and back of the head particularly felt heavy.Light and sound felt irritable  too. I went to bed with a headache, although it was a bit of disturbed sleep but i did sleep and when i woke up i still had the headache particularly at the back. I sat for a yoga sess and realized when i dont move too much the pain was not there or it was very less , from then i started observing and realized movement and even talking at some instance made the pain more. So i booked a neurologist appointment and went for it. I explained doc about it and whatever he asked, i asked if i need to visit any orthopedic as neck was involved or need any xray as i work in IT so prolonged sitting is usual and i havent gotten my back checked in all these years... Rest history is available in the attached doc. please suggest.

A headache starting from neck tension, growing worse with movement and talking, and easing with rest usually points to a tension or migraine-type headache rather than a structural problem. It's reasonable that you stopped the medicines once they caused drowsiness and low mood, since those are known side effects of some headache preventives.
Next Steps
Don't restart or adjust any of these medicines on your own. Go back to your neurologist, describe the mood change and the trembling clearly, and ask about a different option with fewer side effects. Completing the MRI and blood tests he suggested is still worth doing, since that rules out other causes independent of the medicine decision.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if the low mood deepens, you have any thoughts of harming yourself, or the trembling episodes repeat.
