Headaches persistent
For last 4 days I m having mild headache through out the day.even paracetamol not responding .no cold and fever. Vitals are ok. But headache is there through out the day. Sleep is fine ...

Try taking a stronger OTC painkiller. If the pain worsens, or is associated with vomiting/vision problems/altered consciousness, or persists beyond 8-10 days visit a Neurologist and get an ophthalmological evaluation for refractive errors.
