Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering fr, om a very severe headache daily for the last 2 months , due to the headache I am feeling about an anxiety attack, when anxiety attack feels I loss control over the body My ECG ,ECHO are normal Initially the problem began in the month of July with ear pressure and facial pain , ENT diagnosed eustachian tube dysfunction, A lot of antibiotics and anti allergy and nasal spray and steam inhalation I did , but no relief I want to know  can brain MRI gives information about eustachian and sinus , pls look my brain MRI and CT SCAN PNS report , brain MRI 3T as prescribed by Dr Suresh Gupta Jaipur

I get headaches after 8-10 days and once i take crocin it get better also I usually get headache on 4 day of my periods. No other problem but headache doesn't get better with sleep i have to take crocin. I don't take caffeine and pure veg.

I have been having a mild pain in the forehead above the right eye for the last 4-5 days. What is the reason for this?

My brother got spinal cord injury in 2022,when he had fall that time he got injury at ribs too so doctor asked us to wait for surgery ,but after couple of days we got ct scan and doctor told us the bone got healed so no need of surgery ,is it really okay without surgery ,as I have seen every patient who got spinal cord injury must had surgery and cleared inside broken parts ,please help us we are overthinking that due to without surgery he is still not showing improvement .

There is a lump behind the ear but on the skull. It pains only when pressed. Also its hard in nature. What can be the reason. Is it something to worry about. And which doctor to consult in these cases.

Hi.I played volleyball and badminton on 27th dec after many months.On 28th night when I tried to sleep, suddenly my right hand moved like hitting the cock with bat.I woke up immediately and after few trails again ,I experienced some kind of shaking or sudden jerks(don't know exactly what was that) so I was unable to sleep.Later I tried again and then in sleep I was continuously talking to myself.This is continuing till today like jerks and talking and no sleep from 4 days and even if I get some very small noise I was waking up(I don't have this habit before).Please tell me is this normal or should I have to consult a doctor or any other issues because there was no sleep from 4 days. Hi, I have undergone the wisdom tooth extraction almost 4 months back but after the anaesthesia effect was gone after somedays i started feeling tingling sensation in my tongue on the side where the extraction was done, the dentist told me that that my nerve was very close and the tingling feeling and sensation will go on its own as the nerve healing takes time, and recommended me to take neurobion forte tablet, Just wanted to understand is there any other medication or exercises i should be doing to help in the healing process as the tingling and burning sensation has not fully subsided till now.

Can I consume zen retards 300 mg and sumenta medicine at same times . Please suggest me urgent ....
