I have neck pain since 10 days and at first my pain was in upper neck then it came to my shoulder and upper hand...I'm taking medicines from local doctor and after taking medicines in 2 days my neck pain and hand pain reduced nearly 80 percent...but right now i have a new issue from 5 days i can't hold my hand in up means i can move my hand up left hand but can't hold it...I'm unable to understand why it's started I'm very depressed now please help me...please let me know why is this happening 🙏

Hello. 7 days back,I got hit by a plate accidentally while playing with children at the bregma portion of the head. Consulted a neurologist and a CT scan was performed almost after 20 hours of the hit. According to the neurologist the CT scan was completely normal. He recommended Naxdom 250 twice, tryptomer once and neurobion once a day for 3 days. But still persistent mild headache and heavy dizziness.as a result feeling sick all the time . Can it be something serious related to brain. CT SCAN after 20 hours of injury was normal. Please help as I am very worried that my head injury was serious. Should I go for MRI head..Also bp 140/90. Taking metolar xr 25 from 7 days. Earlier was taking metolar xr 12.5. From Chandigarh hence cold weather.. please help regarding the above mainly head injury

My age 28. Yesterday at night in suddenly feel unconscious ( something in back part of the brain ) for a second and then after a second my brain became so chilled like naali me kachra fas gaya tha ab kachra bahar nikal gaya hai or naali clear ho gai hai, ye kis chiz ka symptoms hai ??

Mom started having headache on left side of brain above ear going above due to some stress in family den she started having very unbearable pain for a week and she was unable to bear it they went to a neurologist who gave her few medicines and asked to complete the course for 10 days and if the pain does not stop den get an mri done. After the course my mother did not havethat throbbing pain but she is having slight pain and she again got it for continuous 4 days which was bearable. Why is this happening? Can this be serious doctor has told her that if the pain is not much den no need to go for mri due to harsh radiations kindly tell what can it he due to? Whenever she stresses about anything she gets this pain? Is there anyproblem in nerve or any clotting. What should be done

Compalins of unbearable unstoppable headches and vertigo..presence of cloths in brain..have consulted the physician. Need to have these reports reviewed

I am experiencing balancing problem when i am looking up or standing in one place for long, sometimes it happens while sitting when I am working on laptop. When i start moving it stops for sometime. Sometimes i will also have headache on sides and back of my head and I had the problem of forgetting things from childhood but started being absent minded more where i forget things but aftersometime i remember that i have forget. I have been diagnosed with high BP due to stress and recently diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver. Other problems would be like constant pain in neck and back and weakness in legs. I am taking losar for bp and lipaglyn for liver. My height is 5 ft 6 inch and weight is 72 kg. I have done ecg, tmt echo and other blood test where everthing was normal except bp and cholestrol. I had Brain ECG where no observation found in report. I have stress due to work and family issues.

Hello doctor, my brother complained of severe head pain at night and lost consciousness, so we rushed him to the emergency room and had a CT scan of his brain done. Can you please share the findings?

I'm experiencing severe dizziness frequently. I have a history of migraines, but this feels different. On December 17 2024, for the first time, I lost control of my head for about 10 minutes due to extreme dizziness. It happened again on January 3, 2025, and now it has been occurring continuously. I'm also unable to sleep or focus on my studies. Should I go for MRI.

My twin sister has been diagnosed with Hashimoto and ever since then the pain in her legs has been debilitating. It started in her feet and now it's upto her legs as well. Her thyroid and vitamin levels are allll normal now and yet the pain lingers on. More info -She describes it as tingling and sharp -It gets worse when she walks a lot. More steps more pain -B12, vitamin D, and thyroid levels etc all is normal after meds -Shes complaining that the pain is starting in her palms as well so I'm worried -Its been happening for over 3 months, with short periods of relief but has returned now. -Shes on levothyroxine It's really sad to see her suffer and cry in pain and i don't know what to do- we don't know what's happening and doctors keep telling us "go to gym" or "take more B12" and generic advice like that. Is there a genuine fix for the pain? She's afraid her nerves are slowly dying and constantly in pain unable to even go to college . What treatment or doctor do we even take her to
