Brain and Spine Problems

My headache is circle in my head all time like wear a cap. Since 5 months. What is its cause, and what should I do.

I am suffering from a severe headache in my life , headache changes pattern and location all day, some time back , some time front , last week consulted with a neurologist he advised mri , that was completely fine , I am also feeling popping sound in ears and pain after wake up I am taking Nebistar 2.5 mg for bp Betacap 40 Petrilbeta 20 Still pain not relieving

I am taking tryptomer 10 mg daily at night,i visited nurologist complain of headache ,he prescribed NAXDOM tab when feel headache and TRYPTOMER 10 MG daily...after taking tryptomer feeling better..should i continue tryptomer or should not take...if i discontinued the medicine i feel headache...what should i do...can i take tryptomer daily for term use...i have done my brain CT scan all is normal

The patient was seen by orthopedic and some problem with the spine.So,thought to take advice from a Nerologist on the MRI Scan. As it's little difficult for me to understand. Please tell me that what's the issue?

Hello Doctor, I was diagnosed with Acute and Transient Psychotic Disorder (ATPD) a year ago, and my medications were stopped two months ago as per my doctor’s advice. Since then, I’ve been experiencing memory issues (difficulty recalling recent events, patchy memory) and an uneven feeling during travel (disconnected, as if I’m "not really there"). I have lumbar spinal stenosis. I have multiple disc bulges and protrusion from L1-L5. The least diameter between disc is 0.65cms. I have numbness in my right foot and my legs are weak , I guess it's called drop foot . I have claudication when I walk for few distances .My back pain is reduced through medicines but my numbness and drop foot is making my daily activities worse . What should I do ? Should I opt for surgery ? Please help..

Hi, I am sensing mild pain from the left side of my skull - shoulder - stomach for the last few days. I need to sleep on my left side most of the time as I am a breastfeeding mother. Which doctor should I contact & is USG required? My CBC report is normal. Please help!
