Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Team, Nowadays, I have noted that my head start paining alot if I think about few issues. However, earlier I was not facing this kind of problem. Further, what would be the best solution to follow.

I am Vit B12 & Vit D deficient and under medication for that. Now every morning I wake up I feel Numbness & Tingling effect on lips. What could be the reason and is it alarming to meet Dr immediately??

I field gets stuck between nose and forehead the nurve is filling pressed and nerve is blinking into my head. In the morning is less but gradually increase when close eyes get sleep what kind of doctor should I consult and what is the reason. I have sleep problem and I one year back I have taken some anti anxiety tablet and sleep ing tablet for treatment. Now I am not taken Please advice... Moon

My nephew have epileptic syndrome from one month.Dr prescribed some anti epileptic medicines and he took it time to time. He was advised to do MRI.Test has been done two days before. Report shows some impression. He is normal usually but sometimes get paused suddenly for 30 - 40 sec ,even after taking medicine properly. My question is what MRI indicates about this?is there major problem in brain? Please reply

Woke up with right side facial weakness inability to blow i think of bells palsy .. taking prednisolone 60mg for days with valacyclovir . Slight improvement of day 4 . What should i do more . Should i go for physiotherapy or do it ourself. Kindly help very much scared.. does it have antmything to do with blood pressure.. i have 136/96 bp .

I have been experiencing persistent leg pain and fatigue since contracting dengue a year ago. Standing for more than five minutes worsens the pain, and stress, poor sleep or exercising increases it. Despite seeing multiple doctors, I have not found any relief. Currently, I am taking Meganeuron NT, Evion, and Juviana Plus and pain killer. So my pain in leg has been slightly better. My Vitamin B12 level has dropped from 400 in March to 262. I took one dose of Nurokind injection in March. Should I continue with B12 injections? If yes, how many should I take, and for how long? I’ve also developed pain in my upper back, neck, and fingers over the past few weeks. My neck pain has been an issue since 2006 with no effective treatment. Please help.

I am having sleeping problem since last month .I live in a rented house  . I face difficulty in sleeping before 2am. But I sleep before 10am at my home . 6 hour sleep is enough for me  . I have no other problem . I do exercise daily .  How do I know if I have insomania or any other problem .

My husband is experiencing painless twitching or mild vibration in right neck, radiating downwards from the right jaw since 3 days, it comes and goes but it is happening since 3 days. What should be done?

We found out that my mother has normal pressure hydrocephalus in August 15 this year and she is a lung cancer patient since 2019. She's having only one tablet which is gefitinib and her cancer hasn't spread since then. We would like to know if there any medication other than surgery to cure NPH. Her body is not suitable for surgery that's the reason doctor didn't perform cancer surgery in 2019. Requesting doctors , is there any medication that can treat NPH with only medication even if it's high cost medication.
