I was recently diagnosed with neuralgia by my neurologist after reporting palpitations, shortness of breath, and random nerve-like pain. He prescribed:
1. Sompraz D 40 (empty stomach)
2. Gabapin 100 (M - 0 - N) – not yet started
3. Tetrafol Plus (M - 0 - 0)
4. Benfomet Forte (M - 0 - 0)
5. Austrin X (0 - N - 0)
I also have PCOD and currently take *PCOS Management Plus by Unived*. I'm now on my periods.
Since yesterday, I’ve had **heartburn, extreme fatigue**, and **poor sleep**. Could this be from the new meds (without Gabapin), or possibly a hormonal trigger?
