Brain and Spine Problems

My mother had back pain did xray and doctor said she has spondylolisthesis she is 72. She has pain in her hip and in leg is thr any treatment by neurologist can doctor help with her pain. As her age is not of being operated looking for alternate treatment plz if any one can help.

I recently taken MRI SCAN FOR MY MOTHER REPORTS RESULT ARE BELOW **Impression**:   - Multiple T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are noted in bilateral centrum semiovale and corona radiata without diffusion restriction, suggestive of chronic ischemic changes.   - No evidence of abnormal signal intensity or volume loss in the hippocampi. Any issue??

Vibrating sensation in right leg very slightly . Is it due to over walking or constant lying down ?

I observed, whenever I took Pregablin 75 mg as prescribed by the doctor, Pregablin 75 mg was prescribed by a rheumatologist for 3 months for joint pain , after quitting medicine, I am feeling a very severe headache at the back front centre, MRI EEG normal The same condition happened to me in 2019 , when a spine specialist prescribed Pregablin 75 mg after quitting medicine   ,same type of headache hit me , that time MRI EEG normal, When this headache hurts, I fall in anxiety and depression, I check my bp 25 times a day

I have few symptoms, after searching alot on internet I found them very close to this syndrome called visual snow, i feel some layer which obstructs my vison when I told this in my childhood no one believed me even eye doctor told nothing wrong with my eyes, second one is my ears keep ringing it is nightmare when it is silent. I kept saying myself I am just overthinking and nothing is wrong. But recently Issue with my eyes increased, I am getting lot of eye strain, I am not able to see properly. I am getting lot of head ache. I am sensitive to light from beginning but now it became more. What should I do ? Do we have any treatments in india? Is it even because of visual snow or am I overthinking

I have been suffering from Restless Leg with severe tingling sensation in my legs especially during night while sleeping due to which I keep moving my leg frequently and unable to sleep properly.

29. Male. 5'5". 74 kg Temples of my head feels weird and "blocked" all the time almost like a stone. When this happens I also get apathy, anhedonia ( even reading newspaper which I loved to do earlier doesn't feel enjoyable), horrible memory, brain fog( difficulty doing mental calculations etc), aphantasia, impaired circadian rhythm, impulsive behavior, obsessive behavior( like checking out myself in mirror 100+ times a day) completely dulled senses, impaired smell, impaired hearing, sexual erectile dysfunction, insensitive to effects of most drugs like alcohol laxatives, vitamins, supplements. My youth is getting destroyed because of this illness.

I've been feeling giddy on and off even when I had food and water. I just don't know what's wrong. It's been happening since 10- 15 days.

I am a PhD  student but facing problem in thinking , studying, remembering things . Feels like I have to push soo much so that I can think on something or solve any problem. Feels pain also in thinking ,distractions are at peak . Feels like adult ADHD PLEASE GUIDE
