DMD patients with cardiomyopathy can decrease prednisolone iam taking wysolone 10mg for 4 years so my liver was Effecting So dr told me to Withdrawal One Day 10mg And Another Day 5mg Alternative Days So Can I Do Like This And My Age Is 24

I have neck pain since 10 days and at first my pain was in upper neck then it came to my shoulder and upper hand...I'm taking medicines from local doctor and after taking medicines in 2 days my neck pain and hand pain reduced nearly 80 percent...but right now i have a new issue from 5 days i can't hold my hand in up means i can move my hand up left hand but can't hold it...I'm unable to understand why it's started I'm very depressed now please help me...please let me know why is this happening ??

Attached MRI SPINE AND BRAI. report of a vhl case with pancreatic cysts, renal cysts, RCC . Bilateral RCC has been operated recently. Right cerebella r hemangioblastoma operated in 2019. Dorsal spine Schwanomma operated in 2015. This is a follow up scan when RCC was diagnosed. RCC was stage 1 Wanted to understand MRI report. Patient is asymptomatic . Are all lesions in spine are hemangioblastoma and schwanomma itself or any malignancy? Since asymptomatic neuro opinion is to observe only and follow-up..

My 16 months baby boy height is around 76 cm... We bought 6 pants for him when he was 6 months old Still he is using those pants...I am worried if he is going through some disease...is this only because of nutritional deficiency or some serious issue ..what do you think please suggest...I can see n feel his foreheads nerves...his fontannel is looking like bulged .. pediatrician called it is just posture...is he having any kind of brain problem..or infection or tumor...I am worried...can this affect his height

During day time many times I feel dizziness ,fast heart beat etc after come from work. At work i dont feel anything just normal. But after return from work i feel such problems and sometimes difficulties in remembering the words. Can someone tell me ye kis chiz ka symptoms hai or muje is chiz ke liye kis dr ke pass jana chahiye ?? Before i went to General physician and neurologist but one prefer me to phschiatrist and neurologist give me anxiety medicine but im still confused. Please help me because im suffering too much at night for sleeping. And all these symptoms just come when i retun to home .

Im 22 years old, on July 2023 I got constipated and the next day I had testis pain, I did usg and found Grade 2 varicocele on left testis, My doctor told to do surgery but I opted out and followed siddha for month but the pain didn't go, Suddenly got pain in my right testis then I went and took usg again to my suprise the usg came back normal saying no varicocele, after some months I got dengue and admitted and did usg again still it was normal, Consulted other urologist one diagnosed me as chronic orchalgia and other did a DRE and diagnosed me with prostatitis but ny urine culture and semen where normal, I have also visited ortho doc and they have told this is not related to spine, But my pain is like left leg + left buttock pain means pain in left testis, Same follows for right side also but now I have pain only in left side and still I'm unclear about the diagnosis and how to proceed further with this pain , Few doctors told it is neurological pain and it may be related to nerves,
