Brain and Spine Problems

Recently I visited nuerology consultation as my left side all nerves and hands eyes and legs are all pulling and muscle ache so I visited he said it's muscle strain and now it's OK I was feeling some better but still this issue is there and I have severe gastric issue is it due to any vitamin deficiency as b12 is good for me then what will be other causes?

Last five to six month I feel dizzy, lightheaded sometimes. Sometimes like, once to twic in a month. Also a Weird Sensation on the portion of back. avobe neck. I'm took medicine Spinfree and medicine of inner - ear problem, now It's quite ok. I don't know what's causing the problem. I've done my Cbc test, where everything is ok. I'm a patient of anxiety, that's why I think about lots of disease and irrational things day by day. What should I do?

Hello doctors, due to nerve compression in cervical disc prolapse, getting numbness on my left hand fingers frequently. How to recover from this.

I've been having this issues of tremors for last 9+ mths. Tried diff medicines from tremidon, pacitane. Inderal la etc to lorazepam inj. Nothing is working. My mri and eeg are normal. My neurosugeron has suggested me to get dbs done at the earliest as this is putting pressure on different parts of my body. There's minor prob in spinal cord, there uro related problem which the uro surgeon believes is due to brain nerves. Also I've recently started developing epilepsy. I fall down I get unconscious at times hit different stuffs. Will dbs help me in that too? Also I'm a patient of ulcerative colities so taking treatment for the same and patient of depression. I heard that dbs helps in depression as well..so ultimately should I go in for dbs.? Also the cost is pretty high the only thing that's pulling me back. Where can I get it done for less? I've even been referred to movement disorder specialists and what not. Tried everything but simply of no use., please help.

I have a bump on my right side of my forehead which sometimes get bigger but never fade off.I also feel a certain type of vibration which comes down from my back to neck then again vibration goes from my neck to back and whole day it continues. I feel very uncomfortable and tired due to this vibration.I cannot able to understand what is going on.My legs and hands does not vibrate.I have also checked my b.p and sugar which is normal .Kindly give me some suggestion what to do and what to eat.

It's been 2 years my body used to randomly lose sensation in body( that current-like feeling in our body which makes us feel alive). And after August 2023, this problems grew more. I am not physiologically feeling anything in my head, my throat, my chest and body. Earlier doctor thought it was psychological. He gave me anti depressants for almost a year. But it didn't work. So I have stopped anti depressed almost 8 months ago. My problem still persists. I cannot feel ANYTHING in my head, throat and chest now. I don't even get turned on now. I have lost my libido and I am forgetful. I suddenly forget things and don't remember them back. I have episodes of sudden severe physiological numbness inside my body which even makes it difficult to swallow food. My brain MRI- mild narrowing of cavernous part of bilateral internal carotid artery. Cervical MRI- mild disc bulge at c3 c4 c5 c6 c7 Lower back of my head feels jammed.. Please help me get back sensation in my body, please please please

From recent days I felt one side neck pain and middle of spinal cord and one side cheek pulling and eyes pulling and one leg is paining and one hand is paining suddenly and I consulted nuerologist he said it's muscle sprain is this?

Can nagleria fowleri grow in dry dust  especially in winters please help by answering as soon as possible 🙏

Uric acid is 8.19, total cholesterol is 219, In my blood test report. So please explain the above report
