L5 s1 disc problem

Asked for Male, 36 Years

3 years ago diagnose with spine problem in mri.by neurosurgeon and tell me u have disc problem and suggest for surgery. But said to him for medicine and now take medicine from last 3 years. But today condition feel pain in lower back all day like Needle and can't walk more pain in legs all time fatigue and little control by medicine. And doctor again said to me for mri and in mri shows l5 s1 =8.9mm now what should I do
